[Dnsmasq-discuss] DNSMasq only listens on container (virbr0) and not main network (eno1)

I have a DNSMasq server running on an old PowerEdge 2950, CentOS 7.x x64



My configuration is specifying that I want it to listen on the public IP
address (192.168.200.2) but it will only listen on the containers virtual
bridge adapter (192.168.122.1).



Is there any way to force this? I have "listen-address=192.168.200.2" in
the configuration but it doesn't seem to want to follow this.
